Happy New Year to all of our children and families!

This spring term, our class is diving into lots of exciting new learning

On Fridays, Year 2 will be having sessions for gymnastics with Amy, building strength, balance and confidence. Year 3 will be back at Forest School.

In Science, we are beginning the year with a unit on 'Animals including humans'. We will also be taking part in the RSPB Garden Bird Watch.

In English, our new text is called Into the Forest —  children will be focussing on narrative and newspaper writing, putting into practise their phonic and spelling knowledge along with ever developing sentence structure skills.

We have a very exciting unit in Geography....Bollington.  We will be getting out and about learning about our local environment and the different land uses.
